Our store runs using Shopify Inc., which provides our online e-commerce platform for the sale of our branded apparel.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

By ordering you agree to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by you. Shipping time is estimated, not guaranteed. Once a package is with the carrier, delays or damage are out of our control.

Product Warranty: We warrant that branded apparel sold is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return Policy.

Disclaimer: Except for the limited warranty above, products are provided “as-is” without any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
