In the event that an authorized dealer is not in your local area and you require equipment repair, all shipping costs are covered by the customer. If you see that this could be an issue, please verify with the dealer locator that there is a local dealer in your area before making a purchase.

For those locations where we do sell, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping. Due to the nature of the items being sold, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on equipment. Please ensure that you carefully review all specifications and photos provided before making your purchase. If damage does occur during transit, the customer will have 5 days from the delivery date to report said damages.


What Assembly is Required?

Upon arrival, almost all of our products are fully assembled for your convenience. However, please be aware that our blowers require some assembly. Rest assured, the process is straightforward and easy to follow with the included owners manual, ensuring you’ll be up and running in no time.

How Long Does Order Fulfillment Take?

Please be advised that order fulfillment typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, it will be sent via UPS Ground from our Texas warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to you in a timely manner.
